Notice regarding the working schedule for legal entities during the New Year holidays

Please take note of the operating schedule of the Corporate Banking Service Department during the forthcoming holiday period:

Payments / Transfers / Conversions on 30 December:

• Transfers in KZT: processed as usual
• Transfers in foreign currency: processed as usual

Attention:
31 December is a public holiday in Thailand (THB), Sweden (SEK), Denmark (DKK), and Japan (JPY).
From 31 December 2025 to 11 January 2026 – New Year holidays in the Russian Federation (RUB).
Transfers in THB, SEK, DKK, RUB and JPY with a future value date of 31 December 2025 will not be accepted for processing.

Payments / Transfers / Conversions on 31 December:

Transfers in KZT:
Counter payments are accepted until 14:00
ACB Business - until 18:30

Transfers in foreign currency: 
Counter payments are accepted until 14:00
ACB Business - until 16:00

Attention:
31 December is a public holiday in Sweden (SEK), Denmark (DKK), Thailand (THB), Japan (JPY), and the Russian Federation (RUB).
Transfers in all currencies with a future value date will not be accepted for processing.

Currency conversion:
Available until 13:00

Transfers in KZT: processed as usual

Transfers in foreign currency: processed as usual

Attention:
6 January is a public holiday in Sweden (SEK), Belarus (BYR), and Kyrgyzstan (KGS). Transfers in RUB, KGS, SEK and BYR will not be accepted.
Transfers in all currencies are accepted with a future value date (8 January), except for RUB.

7 January is a public holiday in the Republic of Kazakhstan.
