View all questionsBonus is a standard unit, submitted to the Client owing to the Bank’s funds when payment for the goods and services using the payment cards according to the Bonus terms.
1 Bonus equals to 1 tenge.
Bonuses can be canceled in the following cases:
• when closing the card and card account (in the absence of other cards and card account) at the initiative of the Client;
• in the absence of a transaction on the card account within 180 (one hundred and eighty) days from the date of the last transaction;
• in the absence of a a transaction (accrual, spending, restoration and etc.) within 180 (one hundred and eighty) days from the date of the last transaction.
Payment card holders have 4 bonus levels available:
• Family
• Silver
• Gold
• Premium
Level - a characteristic that determines the conditions for granting Bonuses and selecting Purchase Categories. The Level is granted depending on the activity and non-cash payments made by the Client in the previous Card Settlement Period.
