Yes, the bank may award double bonuses on certain holidays. Details will be available in the app.

Select the offered bonus categories and make purchases with your card on the specified dates.For example, during the New Year period — from December 29 to 31 — bonuses in the «Clothing and footwear» and «Marketplaces» categories will be doubled. Silver-level clients can choose one of these categories, while Gold and Premium levels can choose both.

Bonus is a standard unit, submitted to the Client owing to the Bank’s funds when payment for the goods and services using the payment cards according to the Bonus terms. 
1 Bonus equals to 1 tenge. 

In accordance with the new changes from 09.10.2023 bonuses can be canceled in the following cases: 
• when closing the card and card account (in the absence of other cards and card account) at the initiative of the Client;
• when closing an additional card on the "Family Card" product at the initiative of the Client;
• in the absence of a transaction on the card account within 180 (one hundred and eighty) days from the date of the last transaction; 
• in the absence of a a transaction (accrual, spending, restoration and etc.) within 180 (one hundred and eighty) days from the date of the last transaction.
