Alatau City Bank, Mastercard and Glovo Launch a Joint Free Food Delivery Promotion

Alatau City Bank, in partnership with Mastercard and the Glovo delivery service, announces the launch of a special promotion for holders of Rau Mastercard cards.

From 1 January to 28 February 2026, holders of Rau Mastercard cards issued by Alatau City Bank can order food and groceries via the Glovo service with free delivery. To participate, customers must select the desired meals, beverages, or grocery items in the “Food” and “Supermarkets” sections and pay for the order using a Rau Mastercard card issued by Alatau City Bank or via Apple Pay / Samsung Pay / Google Pay / Garmin Pay.

Free delivery is provided regardless of the order amount or the number of orders during the promotional period. Both existing and new clients of the Bank are eligible to participate. To open a free virtual Rau Mastercard card, it is sufficient to download the Alatau City Bank mobile application.

The promotion is valid in major cities across the country, including Almaty, Astana, Shymkent, Pavlodar, Karaganda, Atyrau, Aktau, Taraz, Aktobe, Kostanay, Ust-Kamenogorsk, Kyzylorda, Uralsk, Semey, Petropavlovsk, and Taldykorgan.
