Alatau City Bank Expands Its Loyalty Program

Almaty, 16 September 2025 Alatau City Bank has updated and expanded its loyalty program, making everyday purchases with the Pay card even more rewarding.

The Bank’s loyalty program now covers a wide range of categories — from groceries and clothing to fuel. By making everyday purchases with the Alatau City Bank Pay card, clients earn cashback in the form of bonuses, which can be used to pay for goods and services in the Bank’s mobile application.

Purchases of children’s clothing, accessories, and goods have now become four times more rewarding: the bonus rate for children’s products has been increased from 5% to 20%. Taxi rides will bring Bank clients 7% in bonuses. Holders of payroll cards will receive 5% in bonuses at all gas stations across the country and 3% for supermarket purchases.

Additional bonuses are also available when paying for goods and services in clothing stores, medical institutions and pharmacies, food delivery services, as well as cafés and restaurants. Clients can earn up to 15% in bonuses when paying for online cinema, music and movie purchases, and furniture. Education and travel have also become more rewarding with Alatau City Bank.

The loyalty program provides several base levels of bonuses, within which clients can select categories with higher bonus rates:

Silver — 1%* and 1 category of choice,

Gold — 1%** and 2 categories of choice,

Premium — 1%*** and 4 categories of choice.

For payroll project clients, the bonus rate is **2%****.

When paying via QR code at Alatau City Bank POS terminals, bonuses amounting to 1%* for Silver clients, 1.5%** for Gold, and 2.5%*** for Premium.

The more actively you use your card, the more benefits you gain.

* Maximum of 15,000 (fifteen thousand) Bonuses per month — for the “Silver” level in the Loyalty Program.
** Maximum of 25,000 (twenty-five thousand) Bonuses per month — for the “Gold” level in the Loyalty Program and the “Family” product.
*** Maximum of 40,000 (forty thousand) Bonuses per month — for the “Premium” level.
**** Maximum of 50,000 (fifty thousand) Bonuses per month — for clients in the “Private Banking” segment, as well as holders of premium payroll cards.
