On the State Re-registration of "Alatau City Bank" JSC

Almaty, June 16, 2025 – We hereby announce the completion of the legal procedure for the name change of "First Heartland Jusan Bank" JSC to "Alatau City Bank" JSC.

On June 16, 2025, "Government for Citizens" Non-Profit Joint Stock Company carried out the state re-registration of the Bank due to the change of its name.

As the necessary activities related to the Bank’s rebranding are still in progress and require time to be fully implemented, both the new and former names of the Bank may temporarily appear across certain services, information systems, communication materials, financial, and other documents.

The Bank emphasizes that all of its obligations to the state, clients, and partners remain unchanged. The rebranding does not affect the operation of its services or products.
