Jusan App Now Features Developer Verification Service

Starting from March 2025, the Jusan app introduced a new “Developer Verification” service in the public services section. This new feature, developed by Jusan Bank in cooperation with the Kazakhstan Housing Company (KHC), allows users to check whether a developer has received a guarantee from KHC or a permit from the akimat to attract equity holders’ funds for residential construction.

To verify a developer, users simply need to enter the company’s name (minimum 4 characters) or its BIN (Business Identification Number). If the developer has a KHC guarantee or an akimat permit, the service will display information on both ongoing and completed construction projects, including their addresses, construction timelines, and details of the issued permits.
