Changes to the Operation of Alatau City Bank Services During the New Year Holidays

Due to scheduled maintenance works and public holidays, we hereby inform you of temporary changes to the operation of Alatau City Bank services during the period from 31 December 2025 to 8 January 2026.

Intra-bank Transfers and Transfers via the Mobile Application
From 23:45 on 31 December 2025 to 11:00 on 1 January 2026, transfers via the mobile application and at Bank branches will be unavailable.

Transfers by Phone Number to Other Banks
Transfers by phone number (SBP, Open API) will be unavailable until 4 January 2026.

SWIFT Transfers
SWIFT transfers are processed subject to public holidays in the recipient countries and currencies:
24 December — public holiday in Sweden (SEK), Denmark (DKK), Czech Republic (CZK)
25 December — public holiday in the United Kingdom (GBP), United States (USD), Switzerland (CHF), Eurozone countries (EUR), Hong Kong SAR, PRC (HKD), Australia (AUD), Sweden (SEK), Canada (CAD), Czech Republic (CZK), Singapore (SGD), PRC (CNY), Denmark (DKK)
26 December — public holiday in Australia (AUD), United Kingdom (GBP), Canada (CAD), Hong Kong SAR, PRC (HKD), PRC (CNY), Switzerland (CHF), Eurozone countries (EUR), Sweden (SEK), Czech Republic (CZK), Denmark (DKK)
From 30 December 2025 to 8 January 2026 — New Year holidays in the Russian Federation (RUB)
31 December — public holiday in Sweden (SEK), Denmark (DKK), Thailand (THB), Japan (JPY)
1–2 and 7 January — public holidays in the Republic of Kazakhstan
3 and 8 January — public holidays in Japan (JPY)

Please note that SWIFT transfer processing times may be extended depending on the currency and destination country.

Card Operations
Issuance, reissuance, and closure of cards will be unavailable from 23:45 on 31 December 2025 to 11:00 on 1 January 2026.
PIN reset services will remain available as usual.

Deposit Operations
Opening and closing of deposits, as well as transfers from a deposit to a card and from a card to a deposit, will be unavailable from 23:00 on 31 December 2025 to 11:00 on 1 January 2026.

Mobile App Refinancing: from 31.12.2025 (15:30) to 05.01.2026 (08:59).
The application will be available January 5 from 9 a.m.

For Online Loan:
The application will be available January, 1th from 11 a.m.
