The Unified Voluntary Savings System “Keleshek” is a state program designed to help families save for their children’s education.
It connects banks and government institutions, allowing parents to open an AQYL deposit and receive state support in the form of:
• Start Educational Capital (SOC) – a one-time payment when the child turns 5;
• Annual state bonus on the accumulated balance.

The goal of the program is to support families in building savings for their children’s future education.

SOC (Start Educational Capital) is a one-time payment from the state credited to the child’s deposit when they turn 5 in the current year.

0% found answer helpful

If the child turns 5 between January 1 and June 30 – SOC is credited by August 31; if between July 1 and December 31 – by February 28 of the next year.

0% found answer helpful

Yes. To keep the SOC, you must make annual contributions at least the required minimum — 24 MRP  for regular children and 12 MRP  for children from socially vulnerable groups.

0% found answer helpful

The state SOC will be returned to the budget, and the depositor will lose the right to it.

0% found answer helpful

Yes, you can. But SOC will not be credited, only interest and state bonus apply.
