Yes, but only if the available balance is higher than the amount of the seizure or restriction.

If the restriction is applied without a specified amount, all transactions on the card will be unavailable.

Important: bonus payments in the app are also not available when an account is seized or restricted

The timeframe depends on who set the restriction and why.

If the seizure is imposed by a private bailiff, it remains in place until the bank receives a cancellation order or fully executes the related collection order. After that, the restriction is lifted within 3 business days.

If the restriction is set by our bank, it is removed within 1 business day after the debt is fully repaid.

If it is set by other banks, it is removed within 1 business day after our bank receives the cancellation of the payment request.

If the restriction is imposed by the tax authority, it remains active until the bank receives a cancellation notice. After that, transactions become available within 3 business days

A bailiff is required, with the prosecutor’s authorization, to place a seizure on property, including funds in bank accounts, in the amount of the debt.

An account seizure is a restriction that prevents you from using or managing the money in your bank account. An official order is issued for this.

The seizure is applied to the total amount of the enforcement document, which may include:
• the outstanding debt
• the enforcement sanction
• enforcement costs
• payment for the bailiff’s services

• child support payments — restrictions may be applied (except for bank claims related to loan agreements if agreement terms are violated)
• pensions — restrictions may be applied
