Bonus is a standard unit, submitted to the Client owing to the Bank’s funds when payment for the goods and services using the payment cards according to the Bonus terms.

Bonuses can be canceled in the following cases: 
• when closing the card and card account (in the absence of other cards and card account) at the initiative of the Client;
• in the absence of a transaction on the card account within 180 (one hundred and eighty) days from the date of the last transaction; 
• in the absence of a a transaction (accrual, spending, restoration and etc.) within 180 (one hundred and eighty) days from the date of the last transaction.

Level - a characteristic that determines the conditions for granting Bonuses and selecting Purchase Categories. The Level is granted depending on the activity and non-cash payments made by the Client in the previous Card Settlement Period.

4 Bonus levels are available for cardholders:
• Silver level is available for all new and current participants of the bonuses. 
It is possible to join free of charge and get information about current bonus level in “My Bank” section of the mobile application. 
• Family is available only to users of the Family product.
There are no requirements for payment for goods and services, online purchases with cards within one calendar month.
• Gold – payment for the goods and services, Internet purchases using the cards during one calendar month from 70,000 tenge.
• For Premium Level, it is necessary to meet the following conditions every month:
1. the amount of payments made for goods and services, online purchases with cards within every calendar month from 120,000 tenge, 
2. every calendar month availability of a deposit (or several deposits) for a total amount of at least 500,000 (five hundred thousand) tenge or equivalent in foreign currency (the Bank's exchange rate is taken when calculating)*
* having a daily balance(s) at the end of the Bank's business day in bank deposit(s) (term and savings only) opened with the Bank.
Important: 
In case of non-fulfillment of the above conditions of the Bonus Level for the previous month, the Level will be reduced in the current month.  
The Bonus level is assigned automatically from the 1st day of each month based on the results of the previous month.

The Family level is available only to users of the Family product. This level provides for receiving bonuses in the amount of 1% when paying for goods and services with a Family payment card. 
The Family level allows you to choose 2 categories of purchases with increased bonuses once a month. The choice of favorite categories is carried out in the mobile application.  
In order to receive and maintain the Family Level, it is not required to comply with the condition for the amount of payments made by the payment card for goods and services.

Silver is minimum Level of the bonus program that allows to obtain bonuses on the amount of 1% when paying for the goods and services using payment card. 
At Silver level a selection of one any Category of the purchases with increased bonuses once a month, a selection of any category is made in mobile application.

Gold is the level of the bonus program that allows to obtain bonuses on the amount of 1% when paying for the goods and services using payment card.
At Gold level a selection of any two Categories of purchases with increased bonuses are available once a month, selection of any categories is made in the mobile application. 
In order to achieve and save Gold Level it is necessary to make payments for the goods and services  with payment card for more than 70,000 tenge during every calendar month.

Premium is a maximum level of the bonus program that allows to obtain bonuses on the amount of  1%  when paying for the goods and services using payment card. For holders of the salary card 2%.
At Premium level a selection of any four Categories of the purchases with increased bonuses are available once a month, selection of any categories is made in mobile application.
For achieving and maintaining a Premium level, you need:
1. the amount of payments made for goods and services, online purchases with cards within every calendar month from 120,000 tenge;
2. every calendar month availability of a deposit (or several deposits) for a total amount of at least 500,000 (five hundred thousand) tenge or equivalent in foreign currency (the Bank's exchange rate is taken when calculating);
3. Automatically assigned to salary project clients.

•  payment for telecommunication services (mobile communication, the Internet, TV and etc.);
•  utility payments;
•  payment on pledge, bonds;
•  tax payments, payments to the budget, penalties;
•  cash withdrawal;
•  money transfers and crediting money;
•  replenishment of e-wallets;
•  operations for which return of the goods/ services was made;
•  payment for the services using ATMs.  
Accounting of non-cash transactions is carried out on a regular basis on the 1st date of every month according to the financial documents*, received by the Bank at the time of assignment of the Level.
*Financial document is a confirming e-document, created automatically by the bank-acquirer after finishing a payment.

At every Levels a different quantity of “Purchase Categories” are available with increased bonuses up to 20%:

MCC is a four-digit code that defines the type of business of a store or service in the international payment system. It’s assigned by the acquiring bank based on the goods and services* the merchant provides.
You can find out the MCC code of a specific store by calling 7711 (free from mobile phones) or +7 7172 587 711 (from abroad) after making a payment.
MCC codes that do not earn bonuses are provided on the website.

The maximum amount of Bonuses within one client, regardless of the number of payment cards, including other card products:
• no more 15 000 (fifteen thousand) Bonuses per month –  for «Silver» level Clients;
• no more 25 000 (twenty five thousand) Bonuses per month – for «Gold» and «Family» level Clients;
• no more 40 000 (fourty thousand) Bonuses per month – for «Premium» level Clients.
• no more 50 000 (fifty thousand) Bonuses per month – for «Private Banking» segment Clients-individuals.
The maximum amount of Bonuses per 1 transaction is no more than 10,000 Bonuses.
Bonus Price: 1 (one) Bonus is equal to 1 (one) tenge.

• There was no crediting of wages/payments from the employer to the card, in the amount of at least 1000 tenge in the previous 3 (three) calendar months;
• The category of increased bonuses "Supermarkets" in the "Bonuses" section of the mobile application is not selected;
• Payment is made not in the POS terminal, but on the website or mobile application of the Supermarket;
• Payment has been made at a Supermarket outside the Republic of Kazakhstan; 
• Supermarket MCC code* does not refer to MCC 5411.

* MCC code is a four-digit code that identifies a merchant's activity in the international payment system and is assigned by the acquiring bank depending on the goods and services sold.
